Where are your recruiters located?
They are located in our India office.
Will they work in the US times?
Yes, they will work 8 hours and more as needed and they will work in your time zone.
How will they communicate with candidates in the US?
By using VoiceOverIP phones and emails.
Will these numbers be local to you?
Yes, we will try to get local numbers, at the least it will be the same area codes. Please realize that this depends on the availability of the numbers in your exchange code.
Who pays these people?
We do, we not only pay their salaries but we also take care of their benefits and pay for the space and phone calls. You pay us based on our contract.
Who do they represent?
They represent you as your employees, they will your email and their phone message will read your company’s name.
Can we interview these people?
Initially we would like to assign them. If you don’t like them we will replace them with a 2 weeks notice from you. If we have someone readily available we will replace them immediately. We do a through interview process and provide the best people available in the market.
Do you have a US office?
Yes, we do. At this time our US office is only for Invoicing purposes. We keep the costs down and in turn provide savings to our customers. Your organization will be invoiced, by our US office and you can pay to our US Corporation. Your contract will be with our US Corporation – NPD Global Inc.
